[Commissions] Do I pay you at the start of a commission or at the completion?
I do not charge till I can present a scaled preview of the product. After the client has paid, they will be sent a zip folder with the following contents: commission sketch(s), the digitally inked line art if part of order, a high resolution of commission, original Photo Shop Cs2 file, notes logging our conversations, any and all references used or provided, and a receipt. The commissioner will not receive the zip folder till I have received the amount due; this is nonnegotiable. Sorry.

No. [Do you refund a meal after it has been devoured?]

[Prints] Can one have prints of other people's commission?
This is clearly up to the commissioner of the piece at question. Yes, but you have to obtain permission from the pictures owner. I have little to no say until proof of permission can be provided.

[Prints] Do you give refunds?
Yes, I understand sometimes prints can be damaged in shipment. I will refund prints with "reasonable" damages, due to the fact they are distributed out of my residence and not Deviant Art.

[Prints] Prints become available three to four weeks after the picture is released on Deviant Art.

[Prints]How are Prints distributed?
All prints are sold from my residence and not manufactured by Deviant Art. Note me for any and all needed information not provided in my journal.
